- Competition Details
- Bee-Fee Limited (”BF”, ”BF Games”, ”we”), a private company incorporated in United Kingdom with registered address 27 Old Gloucester Street London, WC1N 3AX, is organising a slot Tournament played on the slot game Acropolis Fortune (“the Game”, “the Competition”).
- The Participant in the Competition is you (“the Participant”)
- The prize is GoGift vouchers awarded according to section 6: Competition Prizes.
- Legal Undertaking
- The Competition is open to persons aged 18 years and over, who are actively working in the gambling industry and received the invitation.
- By participating you declare and warrant that you are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence and are, under the laws applicable to you, legally allowed to participate in this Competition.
- By participating, you declare and warrant that you will have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
- BF will not be held responsible for any participant entering our Competition unlawfully.
- Competition Entry
- Availability of the Competition is at the discretion of BF, entry to the Competition is available via links provided and accounts registered by BF and BF shall have full discretion on whether an entry is valid.
- In order to enter the Competition, you will need to login to your account on the BF website. Each Participant is only allowed one account.
- BF reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Participants if BF has reasonable grounds for believing that the Participant has controverted any of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Competition is FREE to enter. The Participant will be given €700 as demo-credits to play the Game with. The demo-credits cannot be withdrawn, consumed or in any way transferred to real money. When this free-to-play money is consumed, no more plays can be done from the same account. No real money is used in this Competition and it will not be possible to deposit any real money.
- Competition Period
- This Competition will run for a specified period. The Competition will commence on the 29th of October 2025 at 10:00 CET and end on the 29th of October 2025, at 16:00 CET.
- BF reserves the right to change the closing date of the Competition if for any reason any aspect of the Competition is not capable of running as planned. In the event that BF closes the Competition early, the Winner may be selected from all valid and eligible Participants registered prior to the date of closure. BF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a Competition early without selecting a Winner.
- Competition Flow and Winner’s Details
- All spins are fixed at a value of €10.
- Tournament rankings are determined based on the highest win from a single spin achieved by each participant.
Example:
Player A wins €120 on a single spin and receives 12,000 points — ranked 1st. → Player B wins €150 on a single spin and receives 15,000 points — ranked 1st; Player A is moved to 2nd place → Player A later wins €140 on a single spin and receives 14,000 points — remains in 2nd place, as only the highest single spin result is considered for ranking purposes.
- The three (3) Participants with the highest score as presented on the Leaderboard will be eligible for a prize. The prizes will be awarded according to the schedule in section 6.1. BF will decide a winner of the Competition based on available data at the end of the Competition.
- The Winners will be contacted using the mail address provided to BF at the time of entry in the Competition. If for any reason the contact information entered is incorrect, BF will not be held responsible. Participants must carefully check that their contact details have been entered correctly.
- In the event that two or more participants achieve the same score, the participant who reached that score first will be ranked higher on the Leaderboard.
- Competition Prizes
- For the avoidance of doubt, there will be three (3) prizes awarded for the Competition. These prizes will be based on the Leaderboard and awarded as follows:

- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, The Participant agrees to be held responsible for any Tax obligations that may arise from winning a prize.
- Limits of Liability
- BF shall use its best endeavours to award the prize for a Competition to the correct Participant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer-related failures, or due to human error the prize is awarded incorrectly, BF reserves the right to reclaim the Competition prize and award it to the correct Participant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability.
- BF shall not be liable for any economic or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom a prize has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due. BF shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate the Competitions perform correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers.
- This Competition is governed by UK Law and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Competition, shall be finally settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of BF.
- Blocked Territories
- If you are a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in this tournament is prohibited by applicable law, you are not eligible to participate.
- BF is subject to various regulatory and legal requirements. As a result, individuals residing in any of the following territories are not permitted to participate: Canada, Greece, Malta, Poland, Romania, United Kingdom.
- By participating, you confirm that you are not resident in any of the territories mentioned in 8.1. and 8.2.
- You are prohibited from using any software or code with the aim of manipulating or falsifying your location data to bypass BF’s internal controls.

- To log in to your account on the BF website, you need to provide your personal information to us, such as name, surname, and email address.
- Personal data provided by you may be processed to identify you and for participation in the Game, providing information related to the Competition, to contact you with important information related to the Competition,, the determination of the participant’s entitlement to the prize, the delivery of the prize, the processing of any complaints, and the fulfillment of necessary legal obligations imposed on BF Games in connection with the Game – the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) which you provide by submitting the registration.
- The only recipients of personal data provided by You will be our authorised employees and contractors as well as other entities solely for the purposes releted to performance of the Competition and in accordance with the present privacy regulations and the law, i.e. to postal service providers/deliverers, entities providing legal and accounting services to BF Games and IT service providers. In order to process, record and use your personal data BF may disclose it to (i); comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of BF in any country; and (ii) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.
- In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data BF may need to transfer such information outside the European Union, in which event BF is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.
- We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the conclusion of the Competition and any related communications. Afterward, your data will be securely deleted unless legal obligations require otherwise.
- You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, withdraw your consent at any time (note that this may affect your participation in the Competition), request deletion of your data, and complain with a data protection authority (Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, the United Kingdom) if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully. - By registering for the tournament, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.
- Changes to these Terms and Conditions
- We may review these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of any changes via the posting of an updated version on where the Competition is available. All changes will take effect immediately at the date on which we posted the modified terms where the Competition is available. We recommend that you regularly check for changes and that you review these Terms and Conditions when visiting the Competition. If you do not agree with any aspect of the updated Terms and Conditions, you must notify us promptly and cease participating in the Competition.
